CHRISTMAS TURNAROUND: 15 - 20 DAYS

UK:  2-3 Working Days Standard Recorded Delivery. £3.50. We aim to send out within 24 hours.

Free Standard UK Delivery on Orders over £60

UK Next (working) Day Delivery:  £7.95 - NOT AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS

Europe: 5-7 Days Standard Delivery: £12.95

US / Australia / New Zealand: 14-21 Days Standard Delivery:  £15.95

 

Will I get my delivery on the Bank holiday?

Please be aware that parcels will not be delivered on the Bank holiday Monday, your order will be sent out on the next available business day in accordance to standard delivery times as above.


Can you deliver to a different address other than my billing address?

This is possible, but please remember to tick the box indicating that the billing address will be different when going through the checkout. If you are placing your first order the delivery address must be located in the same country as the billing address for security reasons.
For security reasons, your first order can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No refund on personalised items 

  • Turn around will take up to 2 weeks.

  • Items can be exchanged if there is an error of fault

  • Any amendments or changes may not be possible once order has been made. 

  • Personalised items must be washed on 30 degrees no higher. No direct iron to be applied over vinyl designs. If either of these actions are used Luella Gifts will not be responsible for damaging outcomes.
